Restaurant in Val Pusteria: a cosy tipical atmosphere

Seasonal, local flavours – with bar, terrace and garden.

Enjoying the region, following the seasons, and settling into a traditional Stube atmosphere – at ANDER, South Tyrol is served with authenticity and care. Our kitchen works with selected local producers and highlights seasonal ingredients and specialties throughout the year – from the first spring greens to comforting autumn favourites. Pair it with a good glass of wine and you’ll know that “this is the place”.

In summer, the garden becomes the perfect setting: under shady trees, with plenty of space to unwind and enjoy the outdoors. A guest favourite: our BBQ evenings – relaxed, sociable and full of flavour.

The restaurant ANDER Stube combines regional cuisine with a cosy atmosphere and refined hospitality. ANDER cuisine stands for fresh, seasonal ingredients from the region, carefully prepared local dishes and a harmonious selection from South Tyrol’s wine offer. At lunchtime, you can enjoy a varied business lunch, dishes from the à la carte menu, as well as antipasti and salads from the buffet every day. In the evening, the small and cosy Stube becomes a delightful place for regional cuisine.
